RE:Stock Price April 22 2004 $24.00 per share

I don't know if you know the wonderful service you are providing to shareholders of ygr. Showing the share price from 2004, a completely different time frame and macro backdrop as if this is the price they could have or should be at today. OBE in that time period was trading at about $240 so we are actually out performing Obe on the 20 year timeline. I would suggest then that hope springs eternal. We should expect to see $20+ in the near future, we just need to see OBE at $200+ and we are there.

In this environment, we will be fortunate to trade at $4 which is our run down reserves value. This is a hated sector which will languish until investors think there is more than a 5 year horizon ahead. We are trading at less than 1.5 times FFO while the broader sector runs at 2.5-5 times. All we need is for our fundamentals to be given a second look.
