Interest rates hikes are greatly affecting consumer confidence which will inevitably dely major household purchases (ie: trading up your ICE car to an EV), and if the market becmes sluggish in the transport transition to electric the whole EV and ESS supply chain will suffer. Projects will be delayed until interest rates get lower and the consumer resumes spending. IMO it will get worse before it gets better but this transition will take place and lithium will be in high demand by 2027-2028. So we'll have to hang in there with E3 until they sign an offtake + capital deal to finance the commercial facility.
