Even if POET is able to weather this setback, where do you think this management can take this company? Serious question. Under any circumstance, what can be realistically expected from this management? A buyout, strategic partner, managing growth, name any number of scenarios under which this management can be expected to deliver best shareholder value.

After 7 years, the BOD has done nothing. These BOD members are also incompetent by any measure.
Ask yourself, when is a good time to change leadership? If you say later, you are in complete denial.
