RE:RE:RE:ManagementExactly right.
POET is a total Disaster. It may be even too late for a change in management. If they give Mika his walking papers he most likely demand a severence settlement and POET doesn't have a dollar to spare cuz they are still broke after this financing.they would most likely need the 1 mill that they just raised to package him off.
Like Breeze said..SH need to gather together and call a special meeting and demand transparency as to what the hill is going on.. It's imperative that Changes be made at the CEO level. The company is in dire need for a new skipper.
Nothing short of a top management changes will do any guud moving forward..
And changes need to be made on the BOD..Right now they are paying an average of 120K per year to a bunch of technical academics who havent a clue about directing the affairs of the business,I warned about management for over 2 years and I voted for changes @ the last 2 AGM's, but few were willing to listen
..AMHO of course

Under any circumstance, what can be realistically expected from this management? A buyout, strategic partner, managing growth, name any number of scenarios under which this management can be expected to deliver best shareholder value.
After 7 years, the BOD has done nothing. These BOD members are also incompetent by any measure.
Ask yourself, when is a good time to change leadership? If you say later, you are in complete denial.
