If nothing changes and the SP stays below $1 USD for the month of December and into early January, the NAS listing could be in jeopardy. If management does indeed have another financing lined up, it needs to be completed within this period.

Again, the context will continue to worsen as time passes and what appear to be a sure thing now becomes another hurdle to overcome. Declining SP affecting financing terms is a perfect case in point.
Unfortunately, past history suggests to me that management may not be up to the task.
