BAT just ponied up millions for OGI for a bigger stake just prior to their nr that you posted the link to.

Somebody in the tobacco camp is looking for an alternative source of income.\

Maybe it is now time for hemp cigarettes with a lot less rules and regulations than tobacco and no nicotine either.
