Like a line up at the "breakfast shed", the Atlantic NG facility has re-established a (global) pricing formula (versus the Henry Hub) to a recent net benefit to Trinidad of $2.5 B. Meaning, 

Over the past 100 years, Trinis have watched their resources exploited (allegedly) for the benefit of outsiders, multinationals (allegedly sometimes using strategic political accomplices), with little trickle down to the "street level". Meaning,

Touchstone, as it TRANSITIONS from a SUCCESSFUL EXPLORATION (as penny stock) to a PRODUCER appears to be in the stage of dealing with challenges on many fronts; however the question remains, "are we dealing with mid-air refuelling or ground service"?
