The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

PS: If CVE had refrained from doing $100M+ on share buybacks in the high 20's back in Sept/Oct and instead did it now in the low 20's they would have probably saved the amount they spent on this green investment.
