No wonder, with the type of results they posted yesterday and with the prospect of continued
high profitability for the comming years
There is only 18,297,099 A share outstanding.Of that, 1,873,000 belongs to Marshall-Barwick,
500,000 by the 3 Pachini familly members who own all the the B shares(14,343,107 shares)
The CFO(Jean-Francois Boursier) holds 68700.
The float is about 15,855,400 shares.
Any meaningfull demand will propel the stock to a better valuation.
This is only the start of the next leg up.
Before the end of January , DRX will/should anounced some major contracts win and this
will add to a better rating of the company.
I was pleased to see that they got a new 5 year labour agrement on Dec. 3rd
The float is small. When i accumulated my 190,000 shares in the mid 1s, I bought in increments of 1000 shares. It took a lot of time. The fact I own more than 1% of the normal shares tells you a lot... I'm not selling a single share because I really like the mindset\plan of the directors (Jean-Francois Boursier and Pachini family) The stock is worth more.
