Splitting the company via a spin-off?

Splitting the company via a spin-off?contributor GripnRIp below posted a URL to the November presentation at the RedCloud conference:
 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTb8unokKvA

If you open it and listen from to 8:40 to 9:06, the speaker discusses breaking the Idaho and the canadian lithium projects into two separate companies via a spin off.

I listened to it several times over.  I can't figure out if he intends to spin the canadian Li project off, or spin the Idaho base metal project off.

I think he meant spin off the Idaho stuff, but I can't tell!

Can anybody figure out what he's saying, or guess what he means?

thanks,
Dan
