Another very critical matrix is the risk/reward ratioTLG here at these current prices with what they have and what they are doing and more importantly, where they are in the Lasonde curve, has a risk factor of about 10 to 15% and reward of 85 to 90%.
Now once we get to say, the $2.50 range or so and if at that point I feel the risk is even or higher than the potential reward, I sell and don't look back. Now that is not that hard to understand, is it ???
Show me another gold play out there that has all the factors TLG has, is at this stage of the game and has this kind of an extremely low price. This is the kind of investment most dream of finding, but can't find, and for some, it can be staring them in the face and they wouldn't rcognise it. That is why statistics show that around 95% of you, yes you, don't make any money on the market. You recall the saying; buy low and sell high ??? Most of you can say the words, but can't actually do it. Do you know why ??? It is simply because the low price scares you enough to question what is wrong with the company and you become frozen with fear, instead of knowing how to calculate what the stock should be trading at and than trusting your math and instinct and buying the stock. Most will never make 5 to 10 baggers because they always wait for the sure thing, once we have the FS done, financing in place, permits in and starting to build. If you wait until than, you might make some percentage but you would have missed the big payday. I will remind you people once we are at that point to show you that is exactly the case.
