Thanks for that.
I didn't attend the AGM. I wouldn't know what was actually stated during the AGM by management.
With respect to your assertion regarding the requisite $500 Million of capital financing package having been secured for the build of the 2GWh battery manufacturing facility, I have to ask you whether Mr. Nazarpour actually did state that the $500 Million financing package was in fact completed?
If so, why was there no NanoXplore press release to that effect?
Everything else you've stated seems to be confirmed by the company AGM presentation found at the NanoXplore website.
