The purchases also make clear that there is no SIB in place to take any portion of the Juniper block if in fact that next block will be an imminent disposition. It would consitute insider trading of the highest order as such .......... but Juniper and another entity signing an agreement for a block trade has no implication of insider trading considering the stock is at very juicy levels to purchase for the purchaser of the block, insiders and any other person on the street !!!
Greager addressed buying Juniper shares on the last call. Juniper has already disposed of their first tranche of shares in the markets. Baytex can't participate in their 2nd tranche of shares due to the %age of Juniper's ownership (iirc). Baytex can fully take the 3rd tranche if that's how it plays out
