RE:RE:RE:RE:NewsThe vote if it passes is step one. Next if it has passed the house it has to also be passed in the senate.. If that happens without incident then it has to go to the president's desk to be signed into law., However sometimes the senate makes changes to a bill and it is ratified in the senate then those changes have to go back to the house to be voted on., If there are no changes  it goes to the president's desk to be signed into a law.. BUT!! If the house doesn't like what the senate has sent them they amend the bill and the loop starts all over again.. There are a lot of checks and balances in the system.. There is a HUGE amount of animosity between the democratic and republican parties.  That's why IF this gets signed into a law it WILL BE A BIG DEAL.. Don't expect anything to happen to quickly.., politics take time..
