RE:RE:Wtaf 😳 Thanks for calling IR. It doesnt make sense to me on why they needt to do a RS - they here via your feedback have yet to determine what ratio if should be.
If they are talking more confidently about their business and quoting $16MM contracts, low debt, decent cash on hand and improving Q numbers, they dont need to be worried about their need to do this.
Consolidatiing shares doesnt tell a bank they are healthier if theyre looking to raise cash. The outstanding shares dot matter to a bank, its the same cap and underlying business factors.
The only reason to do RS is to get off the Venture exchange becuase they believe the SP wont go back up by itsef to reach the level it needs to.I think this a premature and negative view by MGMT to have - why?
Because they havent given the market any reason to get behind the stock until nowadays, prob Q4 onwards. If in a year the market didnt get behind the stock then fine, do what you need to.

Todays situation is just BS and shows MGMT to be ony about themselves. Talking a good game is one thing, people wont pay you full value for that. Deliver and then expect full price. They havent finished the build yet
