Its Concessions segment include the development, financing, build and operation of construction projects primarily by way of public-private partnership contract structures, as well as integrating the services of all project participants. The Company’s projects include Annacis Water Supply Tunnel, Bell Canada Gigabit Fiber Service, Finch West LRT, and others.

To be honest I was not aware that AECON had a takeover offer for $1.5 B. I have said in the past I think we will eventualy see a buyout. Once the legacy projects are over with it will be a whole new ball game for T.ARE. Buy on weakness.
