CEO Change Clearly a wait and see attitude taking place here, as in the market response. On the positive side ....change instituted and embraced appropriately could and should make a difference. On the negative side ...if there was a pending and significant NR from DM this management change would not have happened now. So we wait! As well, and in fairness to Marshall, he did not operate unilaterally and in some sort of vacuum so the whole board needs to take responsibility not only in the change but in the direction of the company moving forward.
Optimistically, by doing this now the management team has an opportunity to clean things up in the short term and start the New Year with a transparent, fresh, active approach ...to signing new contracts among other details. Unless the product is substandard ....there is no reason for this not to happen.
