CELL.v Reveals Geophysics Breakthrough at Texas Springs

CELL.v Reveals Geophysics Breakthrough at Texas Springs

On Friday, Grid Battery Metals Inc. (Ticker: CELL.v or EVKRF for US investors) unveiled the geophysics results from the initial phase of its fall exploration initiative at the Texas Springs Nevada Lithium Project.

CELL engaged Rangefront Geological for detailed soil sampling and oversaw a Controlled-Source Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics (CSAMT) geophysical survey conducted by KLM Geoscience as part of their methodical exploration approach.

The CSAMT survey, designed to reveal subsurface resistivity and geology, exhibited several near-horizontal to gently dipping subsurface horizons which "may have served as paleo accumulation basins, collecting lithium bearing clays."

By tying these structures to surface soil analysis CELL can identify optimal drilling targets.

The Texas Springs Lithium Property, situated near Elko, Nevada, adjoins the Nevada North Lithium Project owned by Surge Battery Metals. Surge's recent drilling program reported impressive lithium grades, with up to 8070 ppm Lithium.

CELL CEO, Tim Fernback, expressed the company's strategic approach, noting that the CSAMT geophysical survey's completion and forthcoming soil sampling results will guide the company's decisions for the 2024 exploration season.

As CELL evaluates the geophysics findings and awaits the soil sampling results, the company looks ahead to strategically planning its next steps in the pursuit of valuable battery metals for the growing electric vehicle market.
