With this latest press release, I felt a need to post on Stockhouse. I truly hope that all you fellow shareholders vote against this pending deal between IMG and VSR. I for one, have been waiting since PG promoted this stock, a few years back, and saw the value in this Company, however this deal does not bode well for VSR shareholders, A realstic value of a $1.50 Cdn/share (modest value),requires IMG to trade at $7.50/share, and how long will it take IMG to get to that price? Let's go back to the negotiating table! I am going to be conducting my own evaluation on this asset and will post later, if parties are interested.
