Evidence

EvidenceDear Bob & Pip,
I am back from brother's.  Long drive and boy am I glad the number of charging point has increased.  It used to be that if one owned an electric car one had to plan trips very carefully.  The car is great for running around town but for long trips one can have range problems that is not good for the stomach.  Getting old mean helping with family work do's.  One get to direct the work not do the work.  So the younger ones can learn.  Besides the cold and the wet bother the right leg way more than they use to.

Okay Bob and Pip, just what evidence would it take to satisfy you that RSX is as Ucore says it is?
How about fraud?  Saying that RSX is faster, cheaper and greener than SX is not a forward looking statement.  So if it is a lie then it would be fraud.  If Ucore says that there is independent testing and there was not, then it would be fraud.  If Ucore says that RSX separates concertrate to oxides and it does not then that would be fraud.  If Ucore says that it can separate heavy REEs and it can't then that is fraud.  Now, if Ucore says that it will be produce oxides by frist quarter of 2025 and it does not than that is a forward looking statement and not fraud.

So what evidence would be enough?
