From 28.11 -> 20 days = 18.12.23. I don't know whether working days are meant and what counts as working days in China. But it should still take place in December.  It seems to work out before Christmas. The question is, how can MJS shareholders benefit from the success of the company and the IPO of PErsistence Resource Group (PRG)?

- There is no direct causality between the PRG share price and the MJS share price. However, it should have a positive impact

- The biggest point for me is that MGM can now finally act freely again. All shareholder value measures should be on the table! Dividend, share buyback, share consolidation 10 to 1. MJS no longer a penny stock and inclusion in indices on the TMX. Finally volume in the trade. The above are "CANs" - the MGM must deliver here. We shareholders must demand this! The few large investors (private placements) may be pure and may have been patient in recent years. But they can only benefit to the same extent as we small shareholders. I think the average price was around €0.18-0.25 without adjusting for inflation. The profit expectation for such private placements should actually be at least 100%.

- IPO PRG: 80 Mio Us Dollar for 25% on the stock exchange - means that the Persistance share owned by MJS should be worth around 70% = 224 Mio US / 0.2$ per share.

- Profits will continue to be paid out within the group of companies according to the share in the mine. MJS still owns 51% of the mine (51% of the profits) and can continue to determine what is done.

- The IPO is intended to buy other projects, which should increase the intrinsic value of PRG and thus the MJS share. The lifespan and the ounces produced should increase.

It is more exciting than it has been for 3 years. The silence will come to an end. This investment should finally start to pay off. Regards
Richard
