Voting NoI will vote NO. I presently have over 1 100 000 000 shares. I am a long term investor. I don't make billboard post. But I feel it's important to get it out there. This deal is not fair for us shareholders. IMG is not paying anything near our potential value.We are being played. Gold is only going up in value. We need to be patient. The gold in the ground is going nowhere. But everyone knows it's there. If IMG does not want to develop it. Someone else will. All the hard work has been done. Discovery, Drilling, established that there is substantial amounts of gold. The area is extremely favorable to mining. This mine will be developed and put in production. And the value will be unlocked.
