News release = BIG MEH.So they trademarked a compound - whoopie. All that does is create an added expense to a bank account that must already be getting low. If the compound is as spectacular as it seems a competent CEO would have been announcing a partnership or some kind of agreement to commercialize. Howie can't even partner up on SBM's most promising compound yet or get to revenue on an existing agreement.
Sales, Revenue, Royalties and Asset Value are the only news releases that are going to move the needle. Sorry to be such a negative nelly but after years and years of this absolute incompetence and sheer madness from management it is hard to get excited about anything until they can actually produce some meaningful results which include revenue!
