I think the diference maker is the senior management. At this point we don't know what changes there will be to strategy. Myers said there would be an update on stategy at the next call (3/24). However, if the goal is to be one of the big players in ITS and, as Myers said on the last call, there is only room for a few, the road there more likely than not leads through merger. Is that the strategy change that you are referring to?
