The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Take a look Dividend Aristocrat stocks, which have history increasing

dividend or distribution in long term.This kind of stocks are very investable,

especially now.In next 5-10 years they will be winners.

Artis, unfortunately, was looser before Manji and his strategy

was questionable from first day.
