so......

so......not even going t get into the last 5  years of this company, who and i mean ''who'' has there year end financials extended this long past the deadline and then..., THEN the CEO  jumps ship, really?........., even if they come in at 16 - 20 million this year what is the company worth with 220 millions shares outstanding (is anyone going to trust the  numbers?) .   This was lisa's baby and that was the only driving force of this company to go forward,  and now she's gone? , the interm  CEO is actively searching for another CEO to take over, even though he has a great resume?.  I'm out today, took a big bath on it , but i got some of my money back.  Question for the board, what are the odds of a chapter 11 filing?
