more buyers today. 365 000 shares. It has been mentioned here that management may not be buying because they are possibly in a blackout period.

I don't think that is the case.

If they had significant drill results that were positive, they should not be in a blackout period.  That news would be material and would have to be released to the public.  If they were significant.

So I don't think them being in a blackout period is valid or reasonable.

If they are in discussions to sell the company, that I think would be material as well.  Considering the last time I recall that being mentioned by management was Feb 6 when Kevin clearly stated the company is not for sale.

So why are they not buying?

The core shack was abandoned according to a poster on this board, so the cores are all shipped.  They must have results now.  Those results are material, or important to shareholders and should not be held.  It is a very gray area where the rules say they must be released in a timely manner.

But when the shareprice has been cut in half on heavy volume likely since they began receiving results, I think the company has an obligation to share them with shareholders.

Are they calling current and long term investors encouraging them to support the stock and to buy more?  Are they really in a blackout period?

The monies raised recently.... will that be used for future drilling, or be used to pay the bills on drilling that has just been completed apparently?

If they are planning further drilling with the funds,   why would the drills and equipment leave the site?  Isn't that an extra expense to bring that equipment back?

Shareholders are being left in the dark, as the stockprice dwindles.  It seems unfair.

I don't know anything.. I just wonder stuff.

If you are really bored, I googled blackout periods for insiders as a poster here mentioned several times could be a possiblitly.

You don't want to be like MOZ where they take a buyout and can say it was 60% higher than the vwap for the previous days do you?

So if you are bored, here is a bit of reading for you.  I am not suggesting anything.  Just curious.
