RE:RE:be carefull
here is the nifty part...  NCI and thre city of Yet hav developed a water reclaim distrikk..  i initially thought it was a few ponds..  i was mistaken..  about 10 miles N of the town on US 95A  the is a new marshlaland forming..

the water from the geopumps is beig discharged (Somewhere @ the mine site - i hav never been bak there)..  its apparently flowing down a dry gulch creek and collectin N2 a very large new marsh..  its filloing up...  so yes the mine how has water..  bak in or around 2021/22 NCI only listed 18 acree feet of water on their i]finny statments.. that in the old record...

the water being pumped out of the mine is below the local aquifer - or measurements of record..  i.e. NCI hit an underground lake..

chissel this up...  its overburden and they paid to remove it..  they may actually own that water going into the marsh w Yet or the city of Yet who owns the reclamation discrik now owns that water...  thats a good question to the NCI bloggers who are owners,,\\their old water bill was something like 350K$ monthly or annually ( not defined in the statment)...
