RE:RE:Does The Pallinghurst Group make

RE:RE:Does The Pallinghurst Group make I expect that following the exit of Nemaska Litium from bankrupcy proceedings, Pallinghurst Group sold it's equity ownership position in Nemaska Lithium Inc. (a resulting equity position which was held by way of Quebec Lithium Partners, "QLP") to Livent stakeholders; doing so in return for 17,500,000 common shares of Livent common stock having been issued by Livent to Pallinghurst Group and it's investors, a.k.a. Arne Frandsen and "The Usual Suspects".

We know that Investissement Quebec remained the 50% owner of Nemaska Lithium following the exit of Nemaska Lithium assets from bankrupcy proceedings and Investissement Quebec remains a 50% owner of "Nemaska" to this day.

Nemaska moved ahead with it's project in Becancour because this current Government of Quebec political administration likely straight out told Pallinghurst Group representatives and stakeholders that the province of Quebec did not want any association of Pallinghurst Group, Arne Frandsen and the other "Usual Suspects" with the new Nemaska Lithium Inc.  Accordingly, Pallinghurst Group, Arne Frandsen et al had been removed and had since been thrown a big bone and allowed to be placed in co-control of what is an
Investissement Quebec interest in furthering the entire Nouveau Monde Graphite enterprise.

I will suggest that if the Nouveau Monde Graphite enterprise, in it's entirety, is not brought to fruition in a immensely successful way for all concered investors - and I do mean all NMG 'minority investors as well -, I would expect Arne Frandsen and "The Usual Suspects" would be held responsible for having Premier Legault and his Coalition Avenir Quebec (CAQ) being booted out of political office; and we know we simply can't have that happen?
