Does anyone see this AGM not happening?

IMO though:
My guess, the AGM occurs on Fri the 15th - everything is shared pre-market BUT until TSX verifys no trading halt lifted. During the course of the day on the 15th / over the weekend the halt gets lifted and we're trading again on Monday the 18th.
