Cgx/fec slide presentation

Cgx/fec slide presentationI downloaded it, gleaned what I was able to with my limited knowledge of earth science and petrophysics and am at a loss to understand why the sp is so low. Especially after studying slides 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 which clearly show the sandy channel fairway in the Maas with approximately 1 Darcy permeability, no less! It is surrounded by shale which is impermeable. But the channel is well defined which is why it's called the Golden Lane. The fluids taken from it have a GOR of 380. A quick search and cursory look at what GOR means tells me that a GOR of 380 is light oil. Plus the channel is very long and one of many in Corentyne.

So what exactly is going on with the sp then? To me, they found oil and lots of it. I wish that expert eyes could review the presentation and report on their assessment. Do they see something that might depress the bid interest? Or is it something non-technical bugging investors?
