Ya, hard to argue with that however the reality is that most who were going to sell likely did already for tax purposes.  Those who where willing to hold on speculation that it would be deferred until later may still be holding or may have opted to exit.  Regardless it's one hell of a tree shaking so far in the day.

I had expected it to be deferred as well but if it were going to happen I thought they would go for the full deal and use the 15:1 ratio but wait until after the next one or two reports were made available.  The 10:1 is still a tough pill to swallow but it's marginally better than worse-case.

Hopefully this is the end of tough times for shareholders and things improve going foward after the consolidation is settled away and in the rear-view.
