you gotta ask yerselfwho is selling at this level .........
the outlook is very positive at this point...elaborate accepted.......waiting for CoR.......potential jv (although they have been in picture for a long time and many are of the view " I will believe it when I see it") .......the paperwork re feasability is prepared and ready for submission.......the exploitation licence seems near
so who is selling.......people who percieve a better opportunity elsewhere......people who need $$ and can not wait any longer........people who have borrowed $$ to buy shares but rise in SP taking to long.....some who sell on news and buy back when price falls to make a few cents ( can be several thousand dollars if enough quantity) ....... people who no longer believe in potential ( who believe either Serbs or the management of company will f@$# it up)
