The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The plan

Seems to be doing what manji always did, crystalizing assets in a portfolio-based manner. Now the question is how he transforms the sale of those 17 retail properties and other 200m assets held for sale including office, potentially other undisclosed asset sales, and returns that $ to shareholders- via a SIB, or privitazation or split up
