it's likely $250M in sales? $200-300M? in that range, without me doing a really deep dive.
its not a material amount either way

i think it's one piece of a larger strategic play

my guess is that he will privatize when he has a managable portfolio that is more homogenious that he can deal with easily (and may already have a buyer for) when he privatizes it

cominar privatization and they had in the industrial sold simulataneously
