JamesDont think Akiba will answer this again, at least for now.  Perhaps he doesnt feel it'll make a difference at this point and he's covered this topic multiple times in the past. So lets see how that question evolves but so it seems he's unresponsive at this point, understandably.

Congrats to Warbucks for selling into liquidity today. Guess he will buy back on a dip.
For me the long term prognosis requires more patience and after closing my property a few months ago and selling at that point I've been doing nothing but adding.
Perhaps "that's the way to do it".???? AKIBA, hmm not sure!!
Me thinks so.
