I've used this type of space. Very practical and economical. Private office space with shared boardrooms,kitchen,reception, fax/printer room etc. chuck is in Texas which also makes sense. This set up also makes it eminently easier to sell. No long term lease liabilities or expensive swanky office space to amortize. $2 tomorrow looks ambitious. Maybe year end
