RE:RE:Aurora Hydrogen

RE:RE:Aurora HydrogenThat's what I am talking about hoe does everything fit together. I still don't understand what the cti is. Is it a box hooked up to an electrical power source and modulating the current into microwaves? That is the picture I get in the most simplest/crudest manner. We see diagrams of underground well some cables but I don't think I saw where the cti is that is why conceptually I am missing some pieces.

Now if it is a box like thing hooked to cables that is powered by an electrical source generator and as is being stated the amount of current and duration is being tested for I think I get it. From my understanding the company is saying the problem or damage isn't to the cti component itself but rather to the cables and the dts so it looks like that piece seems to be fairly durable but other parts have wear and tear. Like I said this is all techy science stuff I need to see more tangibly. In any case these two companies obviously find a possibility for them together and potentially combine the tech that is the plan so from that they will have to get Axe involved at some point and see where things go otherwise why bother outside of getting the funding which is meant for the jv purpose so while right now Axe is not involved they will have to be.

Nevertheless some companies chose to heavily dilute raise a few hundred millions at 100 to 200 million shares so at the $1.00 range which would be best done as the ipoh but if that isn't done and they opt to raise less we'll then you will be at the mercy of people who will wreck your share value as you progress. If one is fairly confident about the market size their ability to succeed fairly soon within 2 years of the ipo this may be the better option than smaller financing less outstanding shares and ownership in more hands. If dya didn't screw up bad it seemed to have made the right move to first raise the capital but no matter what backers like brokerage houses people involved with the underwriting etc want fast monies and companies tend to blow up their share count anyways majority of pennies so to keep the count down is not easy but you give up time so as I said it is the time vs money thing. Given this is losing lots of time I would now rather see the company roll the dice to keep as much shares and hit the milestones rather than concede give up too many shares in dilution manner because if you want to do that it would have been better doing so a year back to avoid 15 months plus of no heat. Even do given the fair size market potential and the os gets to 500 million this will still theoretically be good for $2 to $10 or so but you don't really want that at least I don't. Like I said if the company can Ideally keep the os under 200 million or most 250 although when you keep making allowances the number will keep rising. In any case, my narrative remains the same and I want this company to figure out the retooling without any further monies or if yes only by non dilution but it will be what it is. I am still holding out for the 11th hour stunner. Let's see where things go and what time shows.
