RE:Mine DesignL&L,
To my knowledge Boron One has not started on mine design as of yet, why would they when we haven't received the CoR to submit Part 2, but it is their intention as per a recent News Release.
Once Boron One receives the CoR they will submit Part 2 with payment whether Osmose is committed or not to our project. As per the LOI Osmose was suppose to pay for Part2 submission, but Boron One will not wait on them. That is why Boron One raised $578K in the PP's Tranche 1&2
recently.
I would expect we will not receive the CoR until after the election on Sun - Dec 17th, then submit Part 2 and then move forward onto Part 3.
It is my opinion Part 3 will be contracted to a professional Mining Engineer firm in Serbia, as we do not have the expertise to develop the mining plan.
It may be it is required by the Ministry that an independant Mining Engineer firm must develop the mining plans & apply for the necessary permits and licensing required before mine construction commences.
As per the News Release of Dec 11//23 -
Tim Daniels, President of Boron One added,
“We are very pleased to have the Commission’s independent validation of the Piskanja resource. We are eager to receive the Ministry’s Approval for the Exploitation Field so that we may proceed towards the design and approval of the construction plans for the mining and processing facilities, and ultimately the completion and approval of the mining facilities themselves”.
