Arc due for an acquisition ....soon!I'm not a s/h here, but been following Arc closely for nearly two decades. So even though i'm not currently a s/h (but was in the past!) i have an intriguing question to ask some of you that are and have been for a VERY long time. Those solidly, dedicated supporters & s/h of the company. And this is my query to you......
As Arc has been an agressive acquirer for years. and that's been a BIG part of their game plan to grow the company in terms of production & assets, where or WHO do you believe should be their NEXT focus and acquistion? What would be most accetive or in the best interest of the company?
Why do i ask? Because Seven Generation was their last one, back a few years back and they are due to make another.....sooon. Imo the Seven G acquisition, which i believe was timed pefectly, enabled Arc to pick up some VERY cheap assets from a deeply depressed company & their respecitve stock as well. And i ask this for another reason as well, as currently, there are a few interesting "choice" assets that fit the same bill NOW as Seven G did back then. And i'm guessing that Arc mgmt/bod are fully aware of these opportunities also, and might be prepping to pounce on them as we speak...
Especially now that Arc just signed a major deal with Cheniere LNG in the US and they need as much NG as they can get their hands on! So with all that into consideration, there's a VERY high probability that Arc makes some moves on that M&A front sometime in early 2024.
So....WHO or WHAT do think Arc should buy next? I have my own thoughts on this but would be interesting to see the views of others........especially actual s/h who strongly beleive in the company
