Not sure that these stars are destined to align for HPQ but : A 1.05 billion battery plant was recently announce for Maple Ridge BC, Tesla is to open North America's largest service center in Vancouver (just announced), Tesla is losing the full EV tax credit Jan 1 unless they onshore battery components and trace mineral components, and battery plants in QC have been announced recently. Maybe next year will be more exciting for HPQ/PYR.
