The BoD is still thin. They need someone who is strong, to seek answers and positive action from the OLD guard. Is Nuttall, the ONLY INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, up to that, especially when I see his CV. Also, Storseth has been at Crossley's side all this time and getting additional pay for his admin/financial service company that RHT uses. Always thought that a poor relationship...and isn't it always the financials that cause the Company a problem, particularly receivables. Good job, eh.
I have not bothered to see when Shields got that US operations job...perhaps he's been there during all these debacles debacle. He might have knowledge, but does he have CEO qualities. Past performance would seem to indicate he didn't influence the Corporate office that well.
Put the names in a hat. Storseth, Shields, Nuttall.  I certainly don't have any increased confidence particularly for this (their quote) "FAST GROWING COMPANY" which shows many, many mis-steps and declines in shareholder value.
The first thing I'd like this board to do is cancel all outstanding share awards and issue new ones but only at a 100% premium to today's price
