Nighthawk Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of gold properties. The Company owns 100% ownership of more than 947 square kilometers district scale property within 200 kilometers (km) north of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. The property hosts the Indin Lake (Archean) Greenstone belt. Its Colomac Gold Project is a large-scale, open-pit gold project in the Northwest Territories, Canada, about 200 km north of the capital city and mining hub Yellowknife. The Colomac Gold Project represents a series of high-grade open pit gold deposits, and gold mineralization remains open on all directions. Its grassroots targets with gold occurrences on its district scale property include Goldcrest Deposit, Kim Deposit, rizzly Bear Deposit, Damoti Deposit, Cass Deposit, and others.

@milocatabsolutely-just a guess as I am not privy to BOD discussions but I suspect that come Feb its going to be our management team moving their asset forward. Its lower grade than Colomac but makes up for it in sheer size. And adding another producing facility in the Timmins area is no big deal-the infrastructure has been there for years. It will be spinning off huge amounts of cash quickly-and the cash can be re-invested in the NWT. But before that can happen I suspect that we will get offered paper in a bigger operation, AEM or BTO. At our current total ounces we could appreciate 2-400% and still be accretive.

@TonyLovesGoldI am not privy to much either Milo but I can tell you that the NHK team headed by our BOSS is over the moon with this deal. They are beyond excited about what they can create together going forward. By the way ME needed NHK as much as NHK wanted ME. I am in the process of buying stock for my dad at $0.245 US. @TonyLovesGoldJust purchased 113,800 shares for my dad at and average price of $0.2423. In total today I have purchased 127,900 shares of NHK for myself and my dad at an average of $0.2453. My pops is done as I had to literally give a presentation to his financial advisor to let me take it to 6% of his portfolio. I'll be back next week for another nibble..
