This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Longholder...up to you and depends on how long your hold is in terms whether there are better preferreds. IMO since the BCE H preferreds are floating you are less likely to get some capital gains as interest rates go down compared to a fixed rate preferred.

The commons have been a long term hold of mine and I picked up some more this afternoon.
