The answer to your question is simple, but alas some things just aren't simple enough for some....and you seem to be in that category.
EXRO will be taken out when their PRODUCTS have been fully de risked. And by taken out I mean their technology will be licensed.
To this point in time, ONLY THE TECHNOLOGY platforms have been de risked. AND THE COMPANY HAS NEVER SAID ANYTHING DIFFERENT THAN THAT!
Put more simply, so that even you can understand.......
Proving the technology works is part one and two of the road to commercialization.
Part three is proving that products based on the technology work in the desired form factors and in the target environments in a manner consistent with the needs and standards of the target industy and markets.
For much of the auto industry that takes time (at least a year of production) and in some cases hundreds of thousands of miles of testing. A good deal of which is well underway now.
So squawk as you might and for whatever reasons you have. But at least try to appear a little educated on the subject before you run off at the keyboard( I mean mouth).
