Maxmoe, conventional wisdom says you're right on institutional investors. But Wallace and Myers seem locked in on this. Back in the day, Wilan has ~45% institutional holdings. I believe BlackRock held as much as 11M shares. Those might be part of the group that will get a reintoduction. And Myers really wants to go hard on the stateside opportunities IMO. I doubt the choreography were witnessing is intended for the peons in the cheap seats.
