RE:AGM - consolidation fails

RE:AGM - consolidation failsPleased the vote went this way.
I strongly believe this is the right outcome at this stage.
Retail investors will now become much more confidently engaged for the medium term and be comfortable as the business plan is implemented and plays out during 2024.
Once it is evident to everyone that achievable goals, measuring stakes, and profit forecasts become part of CloudMD 's dialogue norm , a share restructure "may" serve a purpose by meeting institutional standards.
At that point it would likely be a much lower ratio being considered.
For what it's worth, I anticipate the SP over the next few quarters, sporadically returning to the $0.50- $ 0.75 range.
Time and achieved operational targets are what we're waiting out now.
