She tried to raise interest of her science but nobody cared! Until she met Howard. From day one he has made sure that she can progess her science, especially the crown juvel anti-aging. 

In a small organization she's the queen and in full control of the lab.

I'm sure the anti-aging will be a great success in financial terms - starting 2024 in the hands of Atheln.
