RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. RCT-01 provides a source of collagen expressing cells to the site of injury, addressing the underlying cause of tendinosis. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

Interesting that they would update that part of the web site. Looking at the investor section it shows only 27 million outstanding with about 35 million diluted and an insider ownership of 42%.

This contrasts with some earlier comments here indicatinf about 75 million out.

Strange they would update (delete) part of the web site but not another important part.
