Boot the board

Boot the boardBoot the entire board of directors out, do some "succession planning" on the board of directors and turf them all.

How incompetent and stupid can the board be when they fire a 40 year veteran CEO who is only 62 years old, has an incredible track history, and want to replace him with some C player that has nowhere near the same substance?
